BODYWORK
Experience one of our therapeutic bodywork sessions for immediate relief and lasting results.
These sessions typically combine cupping, gua sha, craniosacral therapy, acupressure, or shiatsu massage. These sessions benefit people who have compromised immunity, chronic fatigue, acute or chronic pain, and those who have very high needle sensitivity.

Cupping and Gua sha
Commonly practiced in sports medicine clinics to alleviate pain from muscle sprains, strains, and shortens recovery time after intensive training or competitive events.
Cupping involves the application of glass suction cups to large areas such as the back, shoulders, legs, or arms.
Gua sha involves the use of a wide, flat tool to apply sweeping pressure across the tissue.
These treatments are commonly performed on the back, neck, and shoulders. Together they improve blood flow to the tissue, dissolve adhesions, and provide relief from chronic aches and pain.

Craniosacral Therapy
Cranio-sacral therapy treatments balance the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
CSF is produced in the brain and surrounds the brain and spinal cord. When the flow of fluid is restricted it inhibits the function of the nervous system and creates disharmony between the body and mind.
Symptoms include headaches, mood swings, pain, low energy, changes in appetite, and more.
This therapy involves very subtle physical adjustments to the head and neck that result in immediate relaxation of both deep and superficial muscle tissue. This allows the fluid to flow more freely and alleviates symptoms in a gentle and minimally invasive way.
